EO HomeCare is a Toronto Agency that specializes in providing dedicated nannies, caregivers and household support tailored to your family’s individual needs. We help families in Southern Ontario find live-out nannies, caregivers, and household support for both full-time and part-time positions.

EO HomeCare was established in 2005 by Esti Lax. Esti and her staff will work with you to identify your family’s needs, and we will only introduce you to the most qualified applicants. Our candidates are currently in Canada and are most often Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents.  

All of our candidates have worked with Canadian families and have excellent experience and references. We personally screen and interview each applicant before you meet them.

All EO HomeCare candidates will go through our 4 phase screening process which includes sourcing, interviewing, assessments and reference checks. Our rigorous screening process ensures that we only introduce you to exceptional candidates!  

We do a unique search for each family, and ensure that we match you with the most ideal person. We represent exceptional live-out nannies, caregivers and household support staff who are available for full-time or part-time positions.
